The Sky was of purple, orange, and red and green for the morning came. The two Dragons woke simultaneously. Selena woke with a yawn as well did her husband Zenith.
 “Good Morning my love.” Zenith said to Selena planting kiss upon her muzzle.
 
           “ Same to you dear.” Selena replied to him after their morning kiss. She slowly released Bryan to the floor of the nest being careful to wake up for she wanted him to sleep a little more since his dreadful nightmare. “ Well im glad we were able to cheer our son up after last night.”
   
            Zenith nodded. “ Yes me as well I never want to see our son so sad about anything but you are right it will be a long time before he even at least doesn’t think about his horrible tragedy. Well after I retrieve Breakfast for us Ill take him to the special cavern im sure he will love it.”

            “Yes Im sure he will my love.” Selena said agreeing with him.
 
            “ Ill go to the river and find some fish for us. I won’t be long.” Zenith exclaimed as he walked towards the end of the cave. Once he reached it he dove out of site to the bottom of the mountain where the river flows. He arrived in mere seconds due to the speed of his free fall he spread his wings just before hitting the ground to cease his rapid decent.  Once Zenith landed on the ground he moved towards the river eyeing into looking for any sort of salmon or other fish. Once he eyed a small group swimming in circles he raised his right claw then swiped it through the water very quickly sending several salmon flying out of the water onto dry land. The Salmon started flopping all over trying desperately to reach the water. Zenith moved towards the flopping salmon grabbing them all with one of his claws. Once he had them in his grasp he took off towards the mountain to return home with his Quarry. He reached the cave with the Salmon in hold with Selena lying down at the edge of the nest keeping an eye on Bryan as well as making something that Zenith couldn’t see. She turned to see Zenith putting the Fish down then one by one started to breath fire on them to cook them up for Bryan as well as Selena and himself.    
 
            When Bryan had awoken up he was surprised to see his father Zenith cooking fish. He had gotten a whiff of it as crawled out of the nest once he got out he started ascending towards him. “Mmmm smells good father.”

            “Thank you son.” Zenith said graciously as he had given his father a hug. He felt warmth in his hug as he had returned it back to his father. “It's almost ready.” He beamed.


            “Hi mommy!” Bryan exclaimed as he went to give her a hug.


            “Good morning my dear precious son, how'd you sleep?” Selena curiously asked him.

           “Alright, How about you?” he had asked as she had given Bryan a kiss on his forehead.


           “Pretty good.” She said as she was making a necklace of tiny gems that glowed with a silver light that we’re the same gems that Bryan seen in Sarama’s cave for her son. Bryan was examing it and said, “I like that!” He pointed.

          “Very good, I”m giving it too you.” She smiled and Bryan exchanged it. “Just have to put a few more gems on and done.” She said as she had tied the knot and she placed it around his head.


          “Thank you very much mommy!” He exclaimed.

          “I Love it and I love you!.” He said as he had ran up to her to give her a hug which he had almost knocked her over in the process. Selena chuckled.

          “You're welcome my precious!” Selena loved the feeling of warmth in her chest. Zenith smiled.


          “I'm so lucky to have a family like this one.” He had thought to himself.

          As the fire was sizzling Bryan knew that it was almost time to eat. His stomach had started to growl. When it did it had sounded so loud almost as if anyone could hear it, and they did.

 
          “Well it appears to be as if our son is hungry.” Zenith joked. “Yeah he's not the only one.” Selena contradicted as her stomach growled too.


          “Well breakfast is ready!” Zenith announced. “Here you go my son.” He had proclaimed.


          “Thank you very much father.” Bryan said as he had graciously taken the plate made of rock of fish. As he continued to eat it he had asked his father, “So we're are you taking me today?”in between bites.


           “It's a surprise!” Zenith said as he had chopped down the fishes head.

           “Yeah but can't you tell me?” He pleaded in the tone that was like bothering you're parents for something that you’d desperately wanted. Zenith had shaken his head, because he was chewing fish guts. Bryan had pleading eyes and looked over at Selena. And she had shaken her head too. Bryan grunted. “Well I guess I”ill have to wait and see.”


           “Yeah!” Zenith exclaimed excitedly it will definantely be worth the wait. Bryan smiled as he had food in the corner of his mouth.


          As Bryan graciously ate the rest of his fish, he was thinking of where his new father was taking him.
          “Breakfast was good dad.” He said as he had left his plate on a wooden log. “Thank you very much my dear son, only want what's best for you.” He smiled and so did Bryan. “That's what my other dad used to say.” He said as he was feeling sad.

          Zenith and Selena were in alarm. They hated to see they're one and only son sad. Bryan started to get tears in the corner of his eyes. “I just miss them so much.” Zenith and Selena had walked over to Bryan and they each gave him a hug.

        “It will be okay son, they're in a better place now, it will be alright me and papa Zenith will take good care of you just like how you're parent's wanted. She said as she was rubbing his back.


       “Thank you mommy, I love you guys!” He had said as they were hugging.


       “So are you ready to go for you're surprise?” Zenith asked him.


       Bryan nodded “Yes father.” “Hop on.” Zenith said as he had crouched down to Bryan's level so he could climb up to sit down. Bryan had his legs wrapped around Zenith. Zenith had his wings spread out read to fly. “Be careful my boys!” Selena yelled up. Before Bryan could finish his sentence “We will.” They were up in the air and flying. Bryan wrapped his arms around his father so he wouldn't fall off.
The view from up above was extradionarry. Bryan had looked down to where they lived and the place was very tiny. Trees were scattered everywhere as Bryan was examining. It didn't take long til they were flying overly a crystal lake water that was silver. Bryan smiled and the view.


       “How you liking the view son?” Love it.” He announced like he had just gotten a new bike for Christmas. “So do I!” Zenith said. “So where are you taking me?” Bryan asked again. “We're almost there.” He replied to Bryan and at that point Bryan didn't want to stop flying.” He just wanted to spend time with his new father.


      “Woo-hoo!” Bryan shouted to the morning sky. Zenith was intrigued by this so he did the same.


     When they had arrived to Zenith's surprise for Bryan, Bryan was dumbfounded. “Where' here!” Zenith said to Bryan as he had patted Bryan on his back.


     “Where's that exactly?” Bryan questioned as he had looked up in the cave and had seen blackness.
     “Inside the cave.” Zenith pointed. “Follow me he continued.

     As they were walking through the cave, Bryan was amazed to see gems of different constalations. “Wow!” He beamed.”So you like it?” Zenith asked him as he was admiring the gems.


    “Yeah but how'd you know about this place?” Bryan Asked.
    “Well I didn't my father did, I can't remember the full story exactly, but he used to take me here every morning when I was growing up, the gems only come out at this time of day.” “Really whys that?” Bryan asked him. “I honestly have no clue.” “So will you take me here every morning daddy?” Bryan asked. “Of course son if that's what you would like.” he said as he was over powered by the feeling of passing this tradition on the the next generation. “It 'is.” Bryan beamed. Bryan continued to admire the sophistication and the beauty of the cave. He explored the wondrous cavern that seemed like hours with Zenith following close behind him.


   “We'll we must head back to home, you're mother's waiting for us.” Zenith told Bryan.  


   “Yes father, thank-you for my surprise.” He said to him as he had given him a hug. “You're welcome my son.” Zenith replied and they were flying back towards their mountain home. Once they reached the mountain entrance they walked inside to see that Selena had her back towards them she appeared to be talking to someone that had a hiss in its voice and it sounded female. Selena continued to talk to this mysterious guest and laughed as well so it sounded like Selena knew this mysterious person. Bryan eagerly walked towards his mother to see who she was talking to but once he got to her he seen something that horrified him at the site of the apparent guest of the cave but Selena took notice and moved her head to him and nuzzled him to reassure him that its okay.
